Withdrawals may be declined for the following reasons: KYC verification is incomplete, bonus rollover requirements have not been met, bank account details do not match the rol996 account name, or suspicious account activity has been detected. A withdrawal can only be cancelled if the request is still at "Pending Processing". Go to Transaction History, find the relevant request, and click "Cancel".
