Rol996 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form the legal basis of the relationship between users and rol996. This document takes full effect from the date you first access or use the rol996 platform, whether via web browser, mobile application, or any other access method provided by rol996.

Rol996 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time without extended prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To use rol996's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. rol996 takes the protection of children and minors seriously.
• You must be a legally competent individual with the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the rol996 platform is permitted under the laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You may not register or use the platform if you have been prohibited or have self-excluded from betting activities for any reason.
• Registration must be completed using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. False or misleading information may result in your account being suspended or terminated immediately.

Rol996 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer) at any time, including copies of identification, proof of address, and payment information. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and temporary freezing of funds.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the rol996 platform at all times. Holding more than one account ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses held within them.

As the account holder, you are fully responsible for:

• The security of your account username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone.
• All activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who gains access with or without your knowledge.
• Keeping your account information up to date, including an active email address and phone number.
• Notifying rol996 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Rol996 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

All deposits and transactions on the rol996 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM20 for most payment methods. There is no standard maximum limit for deposits, though specific limits may apply depending on your chosen payment method.

Rol996 supports the following local Malaysian payment methods:

• E-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Direct Transfer: DuitNow (Transfer & QR)
• Online Banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other banks that support FPX

All successful deposits will be credited to your account within 1–5 minutes after payment confirmation. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact the rol996 support team with proof of transaction.

Rol996 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges, which are beyond rol996's control. Please review your payment provider's terms before making a transaction.

Withdrawals from your rol996 account may be made at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered and verified in your own name.
• Standard withdrawal processing takes between 1–4 hours for most payment methods, subject to the provider's processing timeframe.
• Rol996 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.
• Any bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn until that requirement has been fully satisfied.

Withdrawals delayed beyond 24 hours (excluding public holidays) may be reported to the rol996 customer support team via live chat or email. Our team will investigate and provide an update within 4 working hours.

Rol996 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members from time to time. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page. Promotion-specific terms will take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses at rol996:

• Wagering Requirement: Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from that bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and its validity period will be clearly stated for each offer.
• One Bonus Per Offer: Each member is entitled to one bonus per promotional offer. Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once by any means constitutes fraud.
• Betting Limits During Bonus: When wagering with bonus funds, the maximum bet per round or per wager may be subject to limits. Breaching these limits may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Validity Period: All bonuses have an expiry date. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.

General rules that apply to all betting activities on rol996:

• All game outcomes generated by the rol996 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, rol996 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the original stake.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player. Please review all bet details before confirming.
• Rol996 uses an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) for all chance-based games to ensure complete fairness.
• For live Sports Betting (in-play betting), odds may change in real time. Bets accepted at specific odds will remain at those odds even if the odds change subsequently.

Rol996 reserves the right to limit, suspend, or reject any bet at any time without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of fraud, manipulation, or system exploitation.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rol996 platform. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or the verification process.
• Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or any tool that enables automated play or system exploitation.
• Colluding or cooperating with other players to cheat or exploit games (collusion).
• Attempting to launder money or using the platform for any unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting any bugs or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage. Any bugs discovered must be reported to rol996 support immediately.
• Harassing, threatening, or attacking other players or rol996 staff through any communication channel.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including the unauthorised reversal of legitimate transactions (chargeback).

You may close your rol996 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been settled and there are no outstanding active wagers.

Rol996 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or attempted money laundering.
• Requests from competent authorities.

If an account is terminated for legitimate reasons (not due to a violation), any remaining funds will be returned to you via the original payment method within 7 business days.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration or an appropriate tribunal under prevailing law.
